Kerry is a Certified Group Fitness Instructor and has taught a variety of classes at several local gyms including Muscle Conditioning, Cardio Interval Training and Bootcamp. She has additional training in Aqua Fitness, Body Pump, Barre, Pilates R.I.P.P.E.D, TRX & Dance.
Kerry worked in public service for many years but, has come to realize that working in the Fitness/Wellness industry is where her true passion lies. She loves working with people and promoting healthy lifestyles. Her background has enabled her to work with people from all walks of life and her training has enabled her to provide them with the skills to better their quality of life both physically & mentally.
