Piyo - Join Vanessa/Barbara as they take you through a faster flow of Pilates based postures and strength exercises for an overall toning and stability class!

Strength Fusion ~ Build overall body strength and stamina using resistance and repetition!  A true muscle toning/sculpting class for all levels!

Mid Week Muscle - A high energy hump day favorite, this class will help you burn those calories and build lean muscle.  A fun and challenging workout for all levels!
