KJfitness is a Fitness/Wellness studio offering Group Fitness classes, Health and Wellness workshops, Airbrush tanning & more! It also hosts events that are open to both its clients and the public. Kerry Joyce is the owner of KJFitness. She is a certified Group Fitness Instructor who made her start teaching a variety of classes at several local gyms since 2009. She has training in Aqua Fitness, Body Pump, Barre, Dance, Pilates, R.I.P.P.E.D, TRX & Zumba. Kerry worked in Public Service for many years but came to realize that working in the Fitness/Wellness industry was where her true passion lied. She always invisioned herself owning her own Dance/Fitness studio so, she took the leap of faith and started KJfitness. When it first opened Kerry was renting space within another studio and holding classes just three nights a week. KJfitness quickly grew to the the point where it needed its own space. The growing success of her business and the great people she has met in the process has made it clear to Kerry that it was the "best career decision she has ever made." Kerry loves working with people & promoting healthy lifestyles. Getting to know her clients on both a personal & professional level is an added bonus! Her experience has enabled her to work with people from all different backgrounds and her training has provided her with the skills to better their quality of life both physically & mentally. KJfitness provides its clients with a welcoming atmosphere where clients of all ages and fitness levels can feel comfortable learning and reaching their fitness goals, all while having some fun and ultimately creating a stronger, healthier version of themselves!
