Tabata - It's four minutes of high-intensity training, alternating between 20 seconds of max training followed by a 10-second rest for a total of eight rounds. These workouts are fast-paced and fun and burn up tons of calories!

Zumba


Grab your dancing shoes and get ready for the class that started the dance-fitness revolution.  Join Kelsey and Anita as they demonstrate Salsa, Cumbia, Reggaeton, Merengue, Hip Hop & even some Rock & Roll and Metal!






Total Body Conditioning

Set to motivating music, this class offers a mix of equipment, cardio, and body strength combined to keep your hear pumping and your muscles strong.  You will find more stamina during daily activities and overall body strength.  All levels welcome!

 

Interval Training ~ Interval training is a type of training that involves a series of low- to high-intensity workouts interspersed with rest or relief periods. The high-intensity periods are typically at or close to anaerobic exercise, while the recovery periods involve activity of lower intensity

Strength & Sculpt - A non-aerobic, muscle-toning workout usually focused on core strength.  It incorporates the use weight bars, exercise bands, dumbbells & your own weight to challenge the muscles. The end result is newly toned & stronger muscles
