Box & Body Sculpt

You don't have to be a boxer to enjoy this one!  This class combines high intensity kickboxing intervals BOTH on and off the bags mixed with muscle conditioning to continuously challenge your body and condition your muscles.

Zumba

Grab your dancing shoes and get ready for the class that started the dance-fitness revolution.  Join Kelsey, Anita & Katie as they demonstrate Salsa, Cumbia, Reggaeton, Merengue, Hip Hop & even some Rock & Roll and Metal!






Total Body Conditioning

Set to motivating music, this class offers a mix of equipment, cardio, and body strength combined to keep your hear pumping and your muscles strong.  You will find more stamina during daily activities and overall body strength.  All levels welcome!

 

Muscle Mix/Sweat & Sculpt

This class involves a series of low- to high-intensity moves with rest or relief periods. The high-intensity periods are typically at or close to anaerobic exercise, while the recovery periods involve activity of lower intensity
