Join Jessica and Dotty, as they focus on the classic poses, building on the basics to help you achieve alignment and relationship with your body as you Relax,  Recharge & Restore!



Tabata
 A high-intensity interval training that consists of eight sets of fast-paced exercises each performed for 20 seconds interspersed with a brief rest of 10 seconds.

Zumba

Grab your dancing shoes and get ready for the class that started the dance-fitness revolution.  Join Kelsey, Anita & Katie as they demonstrate Salsa, Cumbia, Reggaeton, Merengue, Hip Hop & even some Rock & Roll and Metal!






Total Body Conditioning

Set to motivating music, this class offers a mix of equipment, cardio, and body strength combined to keep your hear pumping and your muscles strong.  You will find more stamina during daily activities and overall body strength.  All levels welcome!
