Tabata - It's four minutes of high-intensity training, alternating between 20 seconds of max training followed by a 10-second rest for a total of eight rounds. These workouts are fast-paced and fun and burn up tons of calories!

Set to motivating music, it will keep your heart pumping! Incorporating the use of equipment & your own body weight, you will feel the difference this muscle strength brings to your daily activities.

 

Interval Training ~ Interval training is a type of training that involves a series of low- to high-intensity workouts interspersed with rest or relief periods. The high-intensity periods are typically at or close to anaerobic exercise, while the recovery periods involve activity of lower intensity

Strength & Sculpt - A non-aerobic, muscle-toning workout usually focused on core strength.  It incorporates the use weight bars, exercise bands, dumbbells & your own weight to challenge the muscles. The end result is newly toned & stronger muscles
